Job summary

ADM Hereford is seeking a customer-focused Order Fulfillment Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing, coordinate with production, logistics and sales teams, and ensure accurate data in the ERP system.

You will be the primary contact for customers on order status, handle inquiries and returns, and work with carriers/3PLs to optimise delivery and invoicing with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in order fulfilment or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, incoterms, exports/imports.
• Proficiency in ERP/order management systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order progress from production to delivery and report OTIF.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on order status and issues.
• Coordinate transportation and liaise with carriers and 3PL partners.
• Prepare customer invoices and process returns/credit notes.
• Support sales and keep internal stakeholders updated.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of shipped vs invoiced quantities.
