Job summary

Red Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the growing operations team in Worcester. You will support the Head of Operations to ensure orders are processed, managed and delivered on time, while helping develop scalable processes.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive problem solving and collaboration across logistics, customer service and warehousing, with exposure to SAP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, logistics or similar.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Proven ability to build strong supplier relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.
• Integrity, reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer orders throughout the operational process.
• Responding to customer enquiries regarding existing orders and providing updates on lead times and availability.
• Uploading invoices to retailer portals and supporting the daily customer invoicing process.
• Checking SAP daily for pick-not-shipped items and taking appropriate action.
• Progressing part-ship orders and working with relevant teams to minimise delays.
• Raising courier claims for lost or damaged shipments and coordinating returns.
• Coordinating customer returns, including returns from major retail customers.
• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes, liaising with Purchasing regarding deliveries.
