Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Logistics Operator to join the Procurement & Logistics team. You will monitor the movement and storage of goods, perform security checks on vehicles, and assist in receiving deliveries in line with SOPs.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, 39 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate delivery and stock records and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Conduct security checks on all vehicles and log the information (registration number, company name, delivery time)
• Assist in receiving all goods delivered to the hotel and ensure deliveries comply with SOP and policies
• Assist in booking vehicles delivering/parking or collecting in Datascope system for logistics management
• Receive invoices in Moreton Bay purchasing system to support the materials office
