Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a Logistics Operator to join the Procurement & Logistics team. You will monitor goods movement, perform security checks, and assist with receiving deliveries while ensuring compliance with standard procedures.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will need strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Conduct security checks on all vehicles and log information (vehicle registration, company name, delivery time)
• Assist in receiving goods delivered to the hotel and ensure deliveries comply with SOPs
• Assist in booking vehicles delivering/parking or collection in Datascope system for logistics management
• Receive invoices in Moreton Bay purchasing system to support in materials office
