Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Raunds is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the admin team. You will assist with transport, allocation, inbound/outbound processes, PRS and complaints, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You will liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods in line with SLAs and maintain comprehensive records and reports. This role offers a proactive, detail-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring tasks such as transport, allocation, inbound/outbound processes, PRS, and complaints are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform general administration duties to support the smooth functioning of the department.
• Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of various logistics activities.
• Handle order management, including order analysis and allocation in line with SLAs.
• Book transport, prepare shipping documents and create labels
• Manage a busy shared inbox to provide timely and professional customer service.
• Generate regular reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with established workflows by assisting in the investigation of operational issues or failures (e.g., transport/KPI).
• Keep accurate records and prepare reports as requested by supervision or management.
• Collaborate with operations, transport teams, and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows and achieve seamless coordination.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, resolving routine issues independently while escalating more complex matters to supervision for prompt resolution.
