Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Raunds, England, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader on the AM Shift to oversee a section of our warehouse, lead a team of operatives, and drive day‑to‑day performance, safety, and productivity.

You will manage workloads, monitor KPIs, train new staff, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while collaborating with customers and transport partners to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Possess a proactive approach, confident in decision making
  • Good IT knowledge, including spreadsheets and warehouse systems.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of lean techniques would be an advantage.

What will you be doing?

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You’ll lead a team of operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.


Your responsibilities will include:
