DSV is seeking an Administration Specialist to provide dedicated support to a key customer at the Brackmills site in Northampton. The role involves coordinating with EMEA Freight and Planning teams, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
You will monitor daily operations, produce dashboards and KPI reports, communicate with client teams, resolve issues, and support warehouse operations through accurate data handling and proactive problem solving.

This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the EMEA Warehouse Leads by managing a variety of administrative and logistical tasks critical to the efficient supply of goods and inventory. The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the EMEA Freight and Planning Teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of finished goods and spare parts. Acting as a key link between internal teams and warehouse operations, you will be essential in maintaining smooth workflows and resolving logistical challenges.
