Job summary

MTrec Recruitment is actively seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a small team and oversee day-to-day operations. You will handle import/export entries, arrange courier shipments and support the logistics and transport departments with bookings and quotes.

The role requires strong IT and communication skills, the ability to work well with others, and is offered on a full-time basis with potential for permanent employment and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Administrative/support role within the logistics or transport industries.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work well in a small team.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Import/export customs entries.
• Organising courier shipments.
• Assisting transport and logistics departments with bookings, queries and quotes.
• Updating customers on shipment progress.
• Support other internal departments to help reduce excessive workloads.
• Any other reasonable duties as required.
