Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly organised Logistics & Operations Co-ordinator to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will coordinate stock movements, track shipments, and support procurement and distribution to ensure on-time delivery to stores and customers. The role involves analysing data, producing performance reports, and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. The salary is up to £35,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities, track shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Resolve delivery issues and support warehouse and transport operations.
• Analyse operational data and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising and distribution teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
