Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a highly organised Logistics & Operations Co-ordinator to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will coordinate stock movements, track shipments, and support procurement and distribution to ensure on-time delivery to stores and customers. The role involves analysing data, producing performance reports, and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain. The salary is up to £35,000.

A global leading FMCG manufacturer & distributor are looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Operations Co-ordinator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of products across the supply chain. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate stock movements, manage supplier and carrier relationships, monitor deliveries, and support operational efficiencies that ensure products reach stores and customers on time, every time.

In this varied position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving delivery issues, and supporting warehouse and transport operations. You will analyse operational data, produce performance reports, and collaborate closely with procurement, merchandising, and distribution teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within logistics, supply chain, operations, or FMCG environments, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, working with logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications, and communicating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
