Gregory Distribution Ltd in Cullompton is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to shape and support the systems that drive our logistics solutions across the UK. Join our Technology Team to help modernise IT infrastructure and enable teams to work smarter while delivering exceptional service.

You will configure, maintain, and support key line-of-business systems, lead testing and deployments, and collaborate with vendors and operational colleagues to ensure scalable, future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience configuring IT applications (logistics/ERP/TMS/WMS/Finance or HR systems).
• Strong communication skills to support users of varying technical ability.
• High level of attention to detail in builds and documentation.
• Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence and readiness to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support essential line-of-business systems powering operations.
• Lead planning, implementation, and testing of system updates and configurations.
• Roll out standard system solutions to new sites and customers with consistency.
• Migrate legacy systems to group-standard platforms.
• Continuously refine configurations to deliver maximum business value.
• Collaborate with external vendors to support delivery and resolve issues.
• Work with operational teams to tailor solutions for efficiency.
• Maintain secure, monitored IT operations across the organisation.
• Define testing requirements, write scripts, and coordinate testing.
• Create up-to-date documentation, processes, and training guides.
• Contribute to the roadmap for system enhancements.
• Provide hands-on support during system changes and implementations.
