1. Shipment Coordination: Orchestrate product shipments by booking transportation, arranging customs clearance, and meticulously tracking deliveries.
2. Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
3. Inventory Management: Keep accurate inventory records and provide timely updates on shipment status to relevant parties.
4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of shipping and logistics functions.
5. Customer Support: Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
6. Documentation: Assist in preparing shipping documentation and handle administrative tasks to support overall logistics operations.
