Role Overview

The Operations & Logistics Executive will manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations of our diamond wholesale business, including overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance, and optimising processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment: Prepare and dispatch client orders daily, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Diamond Selection: Choose diamonds based on cut, colour, clarity, measurements, and other specifications to meet client needs.
• Inventory Management: Organise stock, conduct stock checks, label, categorize diamonds, and monitor inventory levels with regular audits.
• Returns Processing: Handle client returns and process returns to suppliers efficiently.
• Logistics Coordination: Organise international shipments via carriers like FedEx or Malta-Amit, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and inventory.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure activities comply with laws and standards, implementing quality control during storage and transit.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective liaising.
• Experience with Luxury Goods: Prior experience with luxury goods, preferably in diamonds or jewellery.
