Qualifications

Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen within Satair UK (an Airbus Service Company) to develop your career and skills.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to lead and support our growing FHS warehouse team near London Heathrow Airport. This role involves working shifts as detailed below, requiring candidates with experience in a highly driven team environment, aviation logistics, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, high quality standards, 5S methodology, and at least 3 years in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment.

The ideal candidates will have knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Known Consignor, Export Control, Health & Safety, and forklift experience (VNA, Counterbalance, Reach Truck). EASA Part 145 inspection experience is preferred.

Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent service levels, be coachable, and able to work effectively within a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Aerospace & Aviation industry is advantageous but not essential; your skills and experience are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Goods inspection, quality control, and quarantine of aircraft parts
• Storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
• Data entry for parts movement (Inbound & Outbound)
• Inventory management, cycle counts, and stock checks
• Supporting operational functions using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines in a 5S environment

Working Hours / Shifts:

Day shifts from 6am to 6pm, 4 days on and 4 days off. Annual leave includes 20 days plus 12-hour holidays per year.
