Pertemps North West and North Wales is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy logistics operation in Speke. The role rewards strong IT and administration skills with data coordination and cross‑team communication.

The position is office‑based with rotating shifts 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00, paying £14.00 per hour plus paid breaks. This temp‑to‑perm role starts ASAP and requires accuracy and good organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse administration is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is desirable.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Update supply chain systems with delivery information and changes.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Manage transport bookings and delivery schedules.
• Communicate updates across departments.
• Investigate and resolve delivery or service issues.
• Track vehicle movements and service performance.
• Produce reports and analyse operational data.
• Liaise with transport providers and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
