The Best Connection is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a busy logistics operation in Radcliffe. You will liaise with stores, transport teams, and customers to ensure a first-class service is delivered at all times. The role requires strong communication and data-entry skills across multiple systems.

You will work in a fast-paced team, handle queries, and contribute to smooth operations while flexibly covering shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, support, or logistics administration experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Able to handle complaints and challenging situations professionally.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Communicate with various customer sites and departments to resolve queries efficiently.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and service challenges professionally and effectively.
• Investigate problems, identify solutions, and take ownership through to resolution.
• Liaise with stores, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately document customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Carry out data input and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Follow company policies, procedures and code of conduct standards.
