The Best Connection Bolton is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a busy logistics operation serving one of the UK's largest supermarket chains. You will be the first point of contact for customers, liaising with stores, transport teams and internal departments to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.

Ideally you have strong data entry skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or logistics administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and internal systems.
• Communicate with various customer sites and departments to resolve queries efficiently.
• Handle customer issues, complaints and service challenges professionally and effectively.
• Investigate problems, identify solutions and take ownership through to resolution.
• Liaise with stores, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Document customer interactions, queries and resolutions accurately.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases and internal systems with high accuracy.
• Carry out data input and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Follow company policies, procedures and code of conduct standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
