Job summary

The Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join a busy transport and logistics team. You will support transport coordination, liaise with customers, drivers and planning teams, and ensure bookings and container movements are accurately managed.

Key duties include handling enquiries, processing bookings, updating portals, and providing admin support to the wider operations team. Experience in transport/logistics is desirable.

• Previous customer service and administrative experience.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
