Job summary

Kumho Tyre UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Logistics & Customer Service Administrator to support our teams in Rugby. The role encompasses customer administration, order support, returns, credits, stock reporting and day-to-day logistics coordination with third-party providers.

You will update SAP records, manage returns logs and consignment stock, and work with account managers, supply chain, and finance to ensure timely information sharing and service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics administration and customer service roles.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly logistics processes.
• Maintain SAP records, return logs and stock files.
• Process credits, rebates and logistics fees.
• Prepare NI export documentation and inbound container receipts.
• Provide cover for order desk and coordinate with partners.
