Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group Rugby is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team on a permanent basis after a temporary period. The role focuses on SAP data handling, e-commerce returns, and coordinating with 3PL partners.

You will manage daily and weekly tasks, maintain accuracy in stock returns and credits, and support sales and finance with reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication by phone and email.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Experience in B2B sales and customer service is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all e-commerce returns and maintain master files.
• Upload/download data from SAP and update e-commerce portals.
• Rebook failed orders prompted by stock shortages with 3PL.
• Update KAM file and liaise with 3PL.
• Raise customer credits with POD evidence.
• Update logs and reports for stock and returns.
