Job summary

Pertemps Basingstoke is recruiting for a Helpdesk/Customer Service Administrator to join a leading Logistics company at their Chineham head office, Basingstoke. This temporary ongoing role offers regular shift patterns and immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, logging queries on the CRM, investigating discrepancies, producing KPI trackers, and maintaining relationships with depots and customers. Temp to perm prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Confident speaking over the phone.
• Analytical working approach.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Logging queries on the CRM system
• Dealing with live issues and investigating discrepancies
• Completing KPI trackers and performance reports
• Collate information and update business system
• Chase internal teams to find query resolutions
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers
