Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day shipping, freight and transport activities.
• Liaise with transport providers to arrange deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare, check and maintain shipping, export and certification documentation.
• Ensure shipping activities and documentation comply with customs/export requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational, production and quality records.
• Coordinate information between internal departments, external providers and subcontractors.
• Support planning of transport requirements and manage associated costs.
• Update ERP and internal systems to ensure information is accurate.
• Assist with documentation reviews, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide updates on shipping activities and resolve issues.
