Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data tracking and record-keeping.
• Experience with inventory management and shipment tracking software.
• Exposure to logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record inventory data.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language is an advantage but not mandatory.
• GenScript does not sponsor working visas for this position; candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK for 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Use computer systems to process incoming shipments and generate documentation.
• Pack goods per SOPs and manage physical packing in the warehouse.
• Conduct weekly and annual inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Review and submit logistics invoices and coordinate with procurement.
• Assist with task assignment and adapt to changing priorities.
