Job summary

We Help Recruit Talent in Horsham is seeking an organized Logistics Administrator to keep shipments moving, coordinate collections and deliveries, and liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate, on‑time performance. You will support day‑to‑day logistics operations, track deliveries, prepare shipping documentation, and work with ERP or transport management systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience within logistics, transport, supply chain or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Confident written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP or transport-management systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection and shipment of goods.
• Track deliveries and follow up where anything has not gone to plan.
• Keep customers informed when goods are ready for collection or delivery.
• Prepare logistics and shipping documentation accurately.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Seek improved pricing for larger loads and regular transport requirements.
• Support wider logistics-team activity and provide cover where needed.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems.
• Work with ERP and transport-management systems to support efficient processes.
