Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong knowledge of multimodal shipping, excellent organization and communication, and the ability to coordinate with carriers and warehouses to maintain our 98% on-time performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics/forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of multi-modal shipping (air, sea, road).
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard logistics software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Shipment Management: oversee lifecycle of air, sea, and road freight shipments, from booking to final delivery.
• Proactive Client Communication: serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Documentation and Compliance: prepare, manage, and verify all shipping documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Vendor and Carrier Liaison: negotiate rates, schedule transport, and coordinate with carriers and warehouses.
• Problem Resolution: identify and resolve in-transit issues (delays, holds, damages).
• System Integrity: use logistics platforms to maintain real-time shipment data and visibility.
