Job summary

Hunting Energy Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator in the United Kingdom to manage daily multi-modal shipping operations for equipment across global customers and suppliers. You will liaise with customers, ensure timely delivery, and handle documentation, incoterms, and customs compliance.

The role requires strong English, Proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics), and a solid background in HMRC procedures and cost control.

Qualifications

Experience in a Logistics / Supply Chain role.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and HMRC regulations.
Multi-modal transport experience across international borders.
Strong numerical and financial literacy for cost control.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

Accountable for daily logistics operations for shipping and transport of equipment worldwide.
Liaising with customers or agents on delivery requirements and timelines.
Resolving issues related to delays or damaged goods.
Ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and import/export rules.
Managing shipping documentation and incoterms, tariffs and CPC codes.
Obtaining freight quotes and monitoring costs; reviewing invoices.
Maintaining records of dispatches, imports and exports, and generating certificates of origin.
Collaborating with sales, supply chain and stores to align logistics needs.
Writing SOPs and driving continuous improvement in logistics processes.
