Job summary

AbBaltis Ltd is seeking a proactive Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure on-time delivery with accurate tracking.

The role reports to the Global Shipping and Logistics Supervisor and requires at least 2 years in shipping/logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to improve processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or related admin role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Generate commercial invoices and country-specific customs documents.
• Track shipments daily and escalate delays as needed.
• Provide onsite office support and general administrative duties.
• Coordinate with couriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
