Job summary

Engineius is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for our Birmingham service delivery team. You will build and manage routes with our driver network and suppliers, ensuring timely, cost-effective movements while maintaining strong relationships.

The role focuses on negotiation, problem solving, and using data to drive decisions. You will collaborate with the customer service team to deliver excellent service and reliability across the network.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote routes to our national network of drivers and suppliers within budget.
• Maintain relationships with drivers and suppliers to maximise efficiency and capacity.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to provide reliable service and support.
• Address driver queries and use data to inform decisions and monitor performance.
• Keep customers updated on movements and ensure on-time service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our Service delivery team in Birmingham. If you love building relationships and negotiating but don’t want the pressure of a sales role… then this job is perfect for you!

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for. This dynamic, negotiation-focused role is perfect for a goal-driven problem solver who thrives on building relationships and delivering a good service. Does this sound like you?

Key Responsibilities:

• To create and promote tailored routes to our national network of drivers and supplier and assist with movement planning within budget to ensure on time service and reducing failures.
• Maintain and build relationships across our driver and supplier base to ensure we maximise efficiency and network capacity.
• To work closely with our Customer Service team to provide our customers with awesome customer service and reliability.
• To leverage problem solving skills to support driver queries as required.
• To use data and our portal to make informed decisions and track your performance, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Updating customers on unallocated movements when required.

• Geographic knowledge and logistics experience desirable
