Job summary

Engineius is seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team in Birmingham. You will build relationships with drivers and suppliers, plan movements within budget, and work closely with Customer Service to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

You will leverage strong negotiation, multi-tasking, and geographic knowledge to optimise routes and performance, contributing to a growing, award-winning UK logistics platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and promote tailored routes to our national driver and supplier network within budget to ensure on-time service and reduce failures.
• Maintain and build relationships across our driver and supplier base to maximise efficiency and network capacity.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to deliver excellent customer service and reliability.
• Use problem-solving skills to support driver queries as required.
• Use data and our portal to make informed decisions and track performance for team success.
• Update customers on unallocated movements when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• To create and promote tailored routes to our national network of drivers and supplier and assist with movement planning within budget to ensure on time service and reducing failures.
• Maintain and build relationships across our driver and supplier base to ensure we maximise efficiency and network capacity.
• To work closely with our Customer Service team to provide our customers with awesome customer service and reliability.
• To leverage problem solving skills to support driver queries as required.
• To use data and our portal to make informed decisions and track your performance, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Updating customers on unallocated movements when required.

• Geographic knowledge and logistics experience desirable
