DSV in Bristol is seeking a Control Tower Assistant to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will handle irregularities, liaise with customers and suppliers, and ensure compliance with security, safety, and environmental rules.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office. You will support the team, follow site SOPs and IOPs, monitor end-to-end supply chains, and contribute to KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day irregularities and escalate when appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service liaising with customers and suppliers.
• Support the team with additional tasks as required.
• Follow site SOPs and IOPs.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, environmental regulations.
• Monitor end-to-end supply chain networks.
• Track and trace and communicate supply chain risks; mitigate.
• Maintain accurate operational data and transport records.
