Job summary

CVUK is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our logistics and shipping teams with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain shipping trackers, coordinate stock movements with global warehouses, and prepare weekly reports while assisting with shipping documentation and distributor communications. This role offers growth in international logistics within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Background in an office environment with customer service and data processing experience.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Highly organized, resilient and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update shipping trackers in Excel and internal systems.
• Book distributor stock, generate system invoices, and consolidate shipments.
• Liaise with global warehouses to manage stock movements.
• Communicate with distributors about updates, invoices, packing lists and payments.
• Produce weekly reports comparing PO dates, stock in shipment and costs.
• Assist with shipping documentation such as Certificates of Origin and LC.
