Job summary

I Love My Job Ltd is seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to own the movement of goods from international suppliers to a global customer base. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, track shipments from booking to delivery, and keep internal teams and customers informed.

This role offers ownership of a fast-growing FMCG logistics network across Europe and beyond. The successful candidate will optimize shipments, liaise with 3PLs, ensure compliance, and drive improvements

Qualifications

Experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
Experience working directly with freight forwarders, shipping agents, 3PLs, and Asia-based factories.
Solid understanding of international sea freight, FOB shipping, and FMCG retailers within the EU and UK.

Responsibilities

Managing international shipments end-to-end, from booking to final delivery.
Liaising with freight forwarders, agents and suppliers to secure efficient options.
Maintain a central shipment tracker and monitor milestones against timelines.
Monitor OTIF performance and flag delivery risks with corrective actions.
Act as main internal contact for shipping queries and updates to teams.
Coordinate and check shipping documentation for smooth customs clearance.
