Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain compliant daily logistics processes.

You will work with a collaborative team to execute seamless supply chain workflows, maintain data integrity, and support our clients' global logistics needs with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Established experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proven ability in organisational planning, time management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, execute accurate order processing, and maintain comprehensive logistics documentation.
• Liaise across internal departments, hauliers, suppliers, and customers to provide exceptional customer service and stock updates.
• Update warehouse databases, generate management reports, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and policies.
