Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, provide excellent customer service, and ensure daily logistics processes are compliant and efficient.

You will work in a collaborative environment, maintain accurate data in warehouse systems, generate reports, and liaise with hauliers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep stock availability accurate and on schedule.

Qualificações

• Established experience in logistics or warehouse administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT software and modern WMS.
• Proven ability in planning, time management and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments and process orders with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate across internal departments, hauliers, suppliers and customers to resolve queries and communicate stock availability.
• Update warehouse databases, generate management reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
