MTrec Limited's client is seeking a proactive administrator to join the logistics team, providing essential support to central distribution and supply chain functions.

You will manage office services, requisitions with Oracle CFS, and maintain accurate records while liaising with suppliers and visitors. The role offers a varied workload in a busy operations environment with Monday to Friday hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Experience in administration or office support roles.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and data-entry skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for visitors and calls.
• Coordinate office services, stationery, and facilities-related admin.
• Process internal material requisitions using Oracle CFS and track orders.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and assist with pricing/quantities.
• Support compliance and record-keeping across locations.
