This is an excellent opportunity for a confident care professional who understands the realities of community care and can lead a team with compassion, structure and accountability. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that people receive safe, reliable and person-centred care in their own homes, while supporting care staff to deliver consistently high standards.
As Location Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the local branch, working closely with the Registered Manager/Nominated Individual, care coordinators, senior carers and field staff. You will help maintain compliance with CQC requirements, support service growth, build positive relationships with clients and families, and ensure that care delivery reflects our values of compassion, respect, reliability and professionalism.
You will oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring care calls are planned, covered and delivered safely. You will respond to concerns promptly, support complaint resolution, monitor safeguarding risks and promote a culture where quality, dignity and safety are never compromised.
You will also support business development by helping the service grow sustainably, maintaining good local knowledge and ensuring that new packages of care are assessed and implemented safely.
