Job summary

Tender Healthcare Consulting Ltd in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, seeks an experienced Location Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a CQC registered domiciliary care service. You will ensure safe, person-centred care in clients' homes and support staff with structure and accountability.

You will work with the Registered Manager, care coordinators and field staff to maintain compliance, drive service growth, and build relationships with clients, families, commissioners and local professionals.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous experience in domiciliary care or adult social care management/supervision.
• Essential: Understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Essential: Experience supervising or coordinating care staff.
• Essential: Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Essential: Ability to manage rotas, care delivery risks and day-to-day operational issues.
• Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Essential: Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring care calls are planned, covered and delivered safely.
• Support care planning, risk assessments, reviews and quality monitoring with accurate records.
• Supervise and support care staff, conduct spot checks and performance conversations.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, staff retention and workforce planning.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, professionals and commissioners and respond to concerns promptly.
