Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a large domiciliary care service. You will coordinate with a senior management team to maintain high standards of care and drive growth within a busy environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing care planning, staffing, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance, while developing and supporting care and office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Manager or similar in domiciliary care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regs and adult social care.
• Experience managing large teams and complex operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Lead, support and develop care and office teams

• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management
• Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and other care-related issues
• Monitor quality assurance and compliance across the service
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers and external professionals
• Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support the continued growth and development of the service

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to support the day-to-day operational management of a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
• Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments
• Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
