Job summary

Fresh Locations is seeking an experienced Location Agent / Booker to join our small, Richmond-based team. This office-based role will involve managing your own inbox, responding to location briefs, and suggesting suitable properties for shoots from our library.

You will liaise with location owners and clients to check availability, negotiate fees, coordinate recce activities, and issue contracts and invoices.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in artist management, production, bookings or a similar role.
• Knowledge of production processes and familiarity with clients across advertising, fashion, beauty, editorial and film.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, but enjoy collaborating as part of a small team.
• Interest in interiors, architecture and unique locations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries and coordinate location bookings by phone and email.
• Negotiate fees and prepare quotes in line with project requirements.
• Handle invoicing and associated booking administration.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and property owners.
