Job summary

Find Space in London is seeking a hands-on Photographer / Account Manager to run on-site shoots and own day-to-day relationships with space hosts. You'll help spaces look their best, keep content accurate, and ensure hosts feel supported from onboarding through ongoing optimisation, working directly with our founder as we grow the host side of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Professional photography experience with a portfolio
• Experience shooting interiors (wide-angle, low-light)
• Independent shoots management and on-site staging
• Strong account management and client relationship skills
• Proficient with Lightroom, Capture One, and Photoshop
• Own camera and core interior photography kit
• Ability to travel across London for on-site shoots

Responsibilities

• Plan and run on-site shoots for new and existing space listings
• Capture a consistent set of images (wide, detail, amenities, access) reflecting the space
• Edit and deliver photo sets to a defined style guide and turnaround
• Coordinate shoot scheduling with hosts and internal teams
• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of hosts
• Audit listing content and recommend improvements to increase conversions
• Maintain file naming, storage, and handover workflow
• Provide basic guidance to hosts on staging and lighting
