Job summary

Home Made, a fast-growing Property Technology company in London, seeks a Booking Associate to join the Enquiries team and kick off the customer experience from the first interaction. You will qualify renters, explain property amenities and area highlights, and manage the end-to-end journey to a viewing.

You will deliver a great experience across all channels and collaborate with teams to exceed landlord expectations while upskilling on new site launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Tech-savvy and curious about industry trends.
• Customer-centric with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying possible renters, understanding what they are looking for, and booking viewings.
• Clearly articulating property amenities and local area highlights.
• Managing customer experience from initial enquiry to viewing booked.
• Delivering a great experience across calls, WhatsApp and emails.
• Cross-sell properties that meet renter needs and exceed landlord expectations.
• Collaborate with the B2B Sales team to achieve targets.
• Upskill on new site launches and ensure immediate impact.
• Escalate issues to resolve customer queries promptly.
