Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Limited in London is seeking a proactive Operations Co-ordinator to support localisation and the creation of digital assets for Fox Entertainment Channels and National Geographic Channels. Based in Hammersmith four days a week, with one remote day, you will maintain trackers, place orders in DOT, and negotiate delivery schedules with vendors.

This role requires strong project management, attention to detail and excellent communication to ensure on-time, high-quality

Qualifications

• Background or experience in a production/operations role, preferably in a creative environment.
• Excellent and demonstrable project management experience, including the handling of rejections and tracking vendor performance through metrics.
• Experience of File based and High Definition technology, New Media and electronic file delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update trackers for the team and manage orders on the localisation system DOT.
• Negotiate delivery schedules with vendors and ensure timely localisation delivery (dubbing, subtitling, metadata).
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to create material schedules aligned with broadcast needs.
• Resolve metadata integrity issues across stakeholders.
• Track on-time and zero-defect delivery metrics.
