• Expertly manage trafficking of broadcast and social assets for UK and international campaigns.
• Collaborate with media agencies and clients to receive and interpret media plans.
• Set internal delivery and clearance deadlines to meet broadcaster requirements.
• Handle a high volume of clearance submissions across platforms and advise on amendments.
• Oversee and coordinate deliveries for UK and international playout orders using XR (Adstream) and Cape IO.
• Maintain clear communication with broadcasters and clearance bodies for accurate playouts.
• Support Account Managers in problem-solving and reporting on live campaigns.
• Assist TV Admin Team to ensure workload coverage and teamwork.
