Job summary

DMS is seeking a TV Admin Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of broadcast content to UK broadcasters and international outlets. You will work with Versioning Producers and a multinational team across major studio releases, theatres, and sports campaigns.

The role requires strong project management and attention to detail, with responsibility for delivery timelines, asset clearance, and coordinating playout across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-production operations or TV admin environments.

Responsibilities

• Expertly manage trafficking of broadcast and social assets for UK and international campaigns.
• Collaborate with media agencies and clients to receive and interpret media plans.
• Set internal delivery and clearance deadlines meeting broadcaster requirements.
• Handle clearance submissions for various platforms and advise on restrictions.
• Oversee delivery of assets through TV, CTV, BVOD, Radio and Cinema.
• Maintain clear communication with broadcasters and clearance bodies for timely playout.
• Coordinate deliveries for UK and international playout orders using XR (Adstream) and Cape IO.
• Ensure assets are created and delivered to correct specifications.
• Collaborate with Versioning Producers, Creative, Operational, and Technical teams.
• Support Account Managers with problem-solving and live campaign reporting.
• Assist TV Admin Team to maintain workload coverage and teamwork.
