Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to join the Blandford Team, covering the Dorset area. Based in Blandford, you’ll balance diary time between home, office and community visits, focussing on tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood management across the locality.

You’ll also have line management responsibilities for four Scheme Officers, working with residents, local authorities and partner agencies to deliver compliant, customer‑focussed

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenancy, lease or neighbourhood management services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Line management experience is advantageous.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to use data and digital tools to support service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tenancy, leasehold and neighbourhood management services across locality.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for residents.
• Build relationships with local authorities, community groups and partner agencies.
• Use data insights to improve services and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and promote SNG values.

Your office base will be Blandford , and you'll manage your own diary with a mix of working from home, office and out with our customers, colleagues and partner agencies.The Role:As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible and proactive within your community. Working directly with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver customer-focused services.
