Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead our new mental health supported living service at Park Lodge, 251 Victoria Park Road, London E9 7BQ. You will oversee the service, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

With at least 12 months in Housing & Mental Health management, you will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and drive service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in managing Housing & Mental Health.
• Excellent understanding of acute mental health conditions and recovery-focused approaches.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and drive service quality.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

We are excited to be launching a new supported living service for individuals with mental health needs and are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead and shape this service from the outset.

About the role:

As the Local Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, recovery, and wellbeing. You will lead a team of support staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Qualification or background as a Mental Health Practitioner (e.g. RMN, Social Worker, OT)
