Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead the Stepping Stone Court service in Edmonton, Greater London. You’ll manage day-to-day delivery, build partnerships and oversee budgets while supporting people with mental health needs in a CQC-registered setting.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, salary £46,589 rising to £49,589 after 12 months, and a comprehensive rewards package including generous leave, life cover, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role within a similar service.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and confidence working with partners.
• Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and oversee financial performance.
• Effectively manage and market homes/voids.
• Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes.
