Job summary

Sanctuary Group, operating Sanctuary Supported Living, is seeking a Local Service Manager to lead and develop a new mental health supported living service at Park Lodge, London. You will oversee a team, ensure high-quality person-centred support, and drive recovery and wellbeing.

The role requires 12+ months managing Housing & Mental Health, strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and collaboration with professionals and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in managing Housing & Mental Health services.
• Strong understanding of acute mental health conditions and recovery-focused approaches.
• Leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, values-led leadership to the service team.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred support.
• Oversee support planning, risk management, and service user outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and external partners.
