Confidential in Birmingham is seeking a Local Offer Website Coordinator to support the SEND service and maintain the Birmingham Local Offer site. You will lead content collection, ensure accuracy and accessibility, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to keep information current and compliant.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, plus the ability to analyse usage data and report findings to senior management. Hybrid working and a 6-month contract are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating websites or information management activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience analysing data and website performance to produce reports.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and user-focused information.
• Good IT skills, including MS Office applications and CMS.
• Knowledge of SEND services or local government is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the collection, review, and publication of information on the Birmingham Local Offer website.
• Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with current Local Offer guidance, legislation, and best practice.
• Support compliance with the Children and Families Act, Local Offer Regulations, and SEND Code of Practice.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Directorate, SEND services, and key stakeholders regarding Local Offer content and updates.
• Monitor website usage, gather feedback from users, and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce reports and insights for senior management on website engagement, effectiveness, and user feedback.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, children, young people, education providers, NHS partners, family services, adult services, and voluntary sector organisations.
• Encourage partner organisations to actively promote and contribute to the Local Offer, providing guidance, resources, and communication materials where required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, accessibility, and reach of the Local Offer.
