About the role

As a Local Marketing Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Local Marketing. Your role involves collaborating with various marketing teams to align the promotional calendar, execute our promotional strategy end-to-end, and develop local creative and media plans.

You will identify growth opportunities by experimenting within our promotions, considering business priorities, past performance, and market trends, while maintaining updated information on campaign execution and results. You will manage campaigns from ideation to measurement, ensuring they resonate with customers. Campaigns include promotions and brand activations, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.

You will work with internal stakeholders (UK Marketing Team, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, Data Science, CRM) and external partners (media agencies).

What you'll be doing

1. Champion the consumer voice through campaign delivery.
2. Monitor competitor trends to inform planning.
3. Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop local plans.
4. Execute promotional campaigns from audience targeting to consumer experience, including in-app and CRM.
5. Own weekly reporting on campaign performance and post-campaign analysis to identify success metrics and areas for improvement.
6. Manage CRM calendar execution for key projects.
7. Support forecasting, budgeting, and go-to-market communications internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Analytical and commercial mindset, comfortable with tools like Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
